Istanbuls most favourable touristic places are located inside the Istanbul peninsula. In this region one very important part is the place where covered bazaar is located. The area around covered bazaar is probably one of the most dense areas of Istanbul. This is mostly due to the Istanbul University which hosts thousands of university students day and night around this area and also many shopping alternatives.

Around the Beyazit, Laleli and Sehzadebasi districts many tourist hotels are located. As this area is quiet near to many important sights, it is mostly preferred by tourists, however when the sun gets down there is not so much to do around.
